Heavytech MRO

October 21, 2026

For twenty-five years, Heavytech MRO has provided base and line maintenance and repair services for commercial aircraft across Europe. The company operates hangar facilities in Spain and Romania, runs a network of line stations at European airports, and is preparing to open a new base in Catalonia with a dedicated full-body paint facility.

In the autumn, the company takes part in MRO Europe in Amsterdam, the region's main industry exhibition where airlines and technical directors plan hangar slot bookings for upcoming seasons. To present its expanded capacity and network geography, the team needed a unified visual system across every visitor touchpoint, from outdoor signage at the venue entrance to the booth walls and printed materials for meetings at the stand.

For the plaza outside the main entrance to the RAI Amsterdam convention center, we designed a large-format exterior billboard. Its purpose is to introduce attendees on their way into the halls to the scale of the business, its primary hangar hubs, and the upcoming launch of widebody aircraft maintenance. High-contrast typography and a restrained palette make these details legible at a glance.

Inside the hall, two booth walls form the visual core of the pavilion, separating the company's growth plans from its current operational footprint. The central wall introduces the new five-line hangar complex at Lleida-Alguaire Airport in Catalonia. Meanwhile, the side wall features a custom map of the European network built from geodata, highlighting 18 hangar lines in Spain and Romania, more than 20 line stations across Spain and Poland, and round-the-clock rapid response teams.

To support conversations at the stand, we also designed printed booklets dedicated to base and line aircraft maintenance. Each booklet presents a structured reference sheet covering supported aircraft types, certifications, component shops, and station locations. Visitors take these materials with them after meeting the team at the booth as a clear summary for follow-up discussions.
